Control System

System introduction:
The control system adopts PLC full computer control , the electrical components adopt domestic well-known brand products , and the system is stable and reliable .

The system adopts a fully computerized Siemens PLC integrated control system:humidification,heating, and flaking system for corn flaking.

In the system , PLC performs motor control, valve control ,temperature display, high and low material level display, motor failure and high and low material level alarm.

System Configuration

The idustrial computer adopts CUP P4 2.0G ,hard disk 100G, memory 1G, classis anti-vibration and anti-interference design, CD-ROM optical drive , PS/2 keyboard and mouse inerface. The liquid crystal display adopts a 19-inch color display. Programmable Controller (PLC)

System advantages: save labor, and at least only one person is required to be on duty in one shift. Highly automated , not relying on manual labor.

The equipment operation and fault status are displayed on the host computer, which is convenient for operators to monitor whether the on-site equipment and materials are running normally. The temperature of the material in the equipment is monitored by PLC, the high and low temperature alarms, and the temperature of the material is controlled to humidify and heat the corn to improve the high-quality effect of corn embryo forming

The material level valve of the raw material infiltration silo adopts automatic control ,which is convenient to accurately control the output of the production line
The raw material of the equipment feeds corn kernels, and the corn is cleaned by cleaning equipment such as pre-cleaning sieves ,stone removal machines, and Cyclone, and then reaches the no.1,2,3 and 4 silos. The high material level of the moistening silo controls the swich of the feed valve , the low material level of the moistening valve controls the switch of the discharge valve of the moistening silo, and the sound and light alarm is set at the high bottom material level.

The moistened materials are screened and transported to the feed bin of the conditioning tower. The body of the steam chest is set with high and low material levels and temperature detection ,which are determined by the high and low material levels of the conditioning tower and the process temperature of the steam chest.Control the feeding frequency of the distributing motor of the flaking mill, and set sound and light alarms at high and low material levels, high and low temperatures.

The temperature is set to high and low temperature alarms, and the control is continuous and stable. It can be set and adjusted according to the quality of raw materials and the requirements of products.

The material temperature is set with high and low temperature alarms to monitor the temperature of the material in the steam chest, and real-time data to display the temperature curve;

When the precess temperature of the material is higher than the set high temperature alarm, the PLC will send an alarm signal, sound and light alarm;

When the precess temperature of the material is lower than the set low temperature alarm, the PLC will send an alarm signal , sound and light alarm;

The temperature curve is to display the material temperature record and print the temperature report, and monitor the temperature status of the material in real time .
