20 TPH Corn Flaking Line Successfully Delivered & Trialed | Grosper

In January 2026, Grosper completed the delivery, installation, commissioning, and trial run of a two-line corn flaking system. Each line is designed for 240 t/day (reference ≈10 TPH on a 24-hour basis), with a combined planned annual capacity of up to 175,000 tons.

The delivered scope covers the core production chain from incoming material handling to finished product discharge, including tempering/soaking, steam conditioning, roller flaking, drying, cooling, packing, and palletizing, together with associated conveying and control integration. The flaking section is configured around the Corn Flaking Mill.

The configured process route is: corn cleaning → tempering → steam conditioning → roller flaking → drying → cooling → packing. Trial operation was completed to verify continuous material flow and stable equipment operation across the main sections under working conditions.

For process control, the line is equipped with automation-enabled parameter management, allowing accurate adjustment of key settings such as steam addition and roller gap to maintain repeatable operation and consistent flake-forming conditions.

If you are planning a corn flaking line (new build or retrofit), share your target TPH, raw material moisture range, target flake thickness, available steam/power, and packing format to receive a practical configuration checklist. Contact Grosper via Contact Us.
