In January 2026 in Dalian, China, Grosper hosted a delegation from Inner Mongolia Fengsheng Feed for a factory visit and technical exchange. Following on-site review and a joint alignment meeting, the two parties signed a cooperation agreement for a 10 TPH corn flaking production line to be delivered under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model.

During the workshop tour, the delegation reviewed Grosper’s manufacturing process and discussed practical factors that influence corn flaking performance and long-term maintainability. Key areas covered included the corn flaking mill, roller manufacturing and precision machining processes, and the horizontal drying and cooling section—each discussed with reference to routine operation, wear parts planning, and maintenance access.
In the subsequent meeting session, the delegation viewed Grosper’s corporate presentation to better understand the company’s development path and manufacturing capability. Based on the customer’s project requirements, both sides moved into focused technical and scope discussions, reached alignment, and completed the signing on site.
The EPC turnkey scope for this project covers cleaning, soaking, flaking, and packaging, along with installation and automated control integration. For buyers assessing a similar project, it is useful to evaluate how an EPC steam-flaked corn line is structured—particularly how automation boundaries, documentation, training, and handover deliverables are defined before commissioning.
What this means for you
If you are planning a new corn flaking line or an upgrade in 2026, an EPC approach can reduce coordination gaps—but only when the scope and acceptance criteria are clearly defined. Before you sign, make sure you can confirm:
Interface ownership across cleaning → soaking → flaking → packaging
Automation deliverables (control boundaries, alarms/interlocks, documentation, and training)
Commissioning acceptance (how throughput and product targets will be verified and signed off)

If you want a configuration checklist for your corn flaking project, share your throughput target, raw corn moisture range, available steam/power, and desired flake thickness. Reach Grosper at ray@bellaex.com or submit an inquiry for a scope review.
