Standard construction of a 200-ton steam corn flake production line plant
The steam corn flake workshop designed by Grosper usually has a height of 25 meters. The main workshop is 12 meters high, and the width of the warehouse is 30 meters; the length is designed to be 66 meters, and part of it is used as a warehouse; the height of the warehouse is designed to be 9 meters; the above data is the standard size, and it can be customized according to the actual situation of the customer.
When our users want to build a corn flake production line, they need to care not only about the price and cost of the equipment, but also about the overall budget, such as the factory building, land, and infrastructure.
From the current situation of the Chinese corn flake market, a 200-ton corn flake production line has become a standard configuration in the corn flake field. The reason why it is said to be a standard configuration is that it cannot produce a production line with a lower capacity than 200 tons. Compared with other competitors in the same industry, a production line with a capacity of less than 200 tons will not have any competitive advantage.
Based on this rough calculation, the total investment in the production line and related equipment, excluding land investment, should be close to 7.5 million yuan. Regarding the land, customers can consider it comprehensively according to their actual situation.
However, as a corn flake manufacturer, it requires not only equipment investment, but also working capital. At least 20 million yuan of working capital is required.
Many customers expressed their confusion.
Why do we need so much working capital?
Based on the current market situation, the average price of corn is 2,500 yuan per ton, so 100 tons of corn requires 250,000 yuan per day. For a 200-ton production line, 500,000 yuan of working capital is required per day, and 15 million yuan per month.
Many customers have different ideas, either only investing in a production line or purchasing relatively inexpensive products, such as choosing a production line worth 1.8 million yuan, using 1.3 million yuan for the steel structure, not using steel silos, and using relatively inexpensive weighbridges and forklifts.
However, these are not the key to building a successful corn flake factory. The most crucial thing for a corn flake factory is to have a continuous flow of working capital.
